(1) STATION TO SOUTOUEN
My client’s first choice to visit is SOUTOUEN.
From Shigaraki station to SOUTOUEN, it will take 4 minutes by car. (See the map below.)
I am hoping it is easy to find a cab in front of the station. But if you want to make sure the cab will be waiting for you, you can call the cab company ahead of time.
(The detail about the cab is in this article.)

So far, the tour and workshop is from 10 am to 2 pm. (I still need to double check the ending time with SOUTOUEN.)
(2) SOUTOUEN TO MIHO MUSEUM
From SOUTOUEN to MIHO MUSEUM, it takes 25 minutes by car. (See the map below.)
The restaurant at the museum will be closed at 2:30pm. The cafe is open until 4:30pm. But I am not sure if the cafe offers any lunch stuff. (It could be just drinks.)

If you take a taxi, it might cost 5000 yen or so per a cab. (4 people can ride in a regular cab. )
According to this site, it says 3800 yen and it takes 14 minutes.
But “B” in the red letters is NOT at the MIHO MUSEUM. So I am guessing it will cost more than 3800 yen.

(3) FROM MIHO MUSEUM TO CLAY GRAZE SUPPLY STORE
The clay graze supply store is considered two different store. (It is owned by the same company though.)
One will close at 5pm and the other at 5:30pm.
The possible schedule might looks like this.
7am : Leave the hotel in Kyoto
9:38am : Arrive at Shigaraki station
(Take a cab or walk to SOUTOUEN)
10am to 2pm : Tour and workshop at SOUTOUEN
(Take a cab to MIHO MUSEUM)
2:30pm : Arrive at MIHO MUSEUM
2:30 to 3pm : LUNCH at Cafe (Not sure if the cafe serves lunch. I can ask if you want.)
3pm to 4pm : Enjoy the arts at the museum
4pm: Leave the museum
(Take a cab to the clay graze supply store)
4:30pm: Arrive at the clay graze supply store
(You can spend only a half hour if they close at 5pm.)
(Possibly I can ask the store to keep it open until 5:30 if you like.)
Possibly you can meet the artist afterwards??

ご縁に感謝☆です。
